If you would like to meet face to face with a physician here at the clinic, we can schedule a Prenatal appointment for you. During the prenatal visit we will ask questions about your family and your pregnancy and help you understand what you should be thinking about and deciding about before and during your stay at the hospital and when you deliver your baby. It is helpful to bring a list of questions so we can answer your questions also. The physicians prefer to schedule these first thing in the morning or first thing in the afternoon before seeing patients, but feel free to let us know what time works for you. We generally schedule these visits for approximately 20-30 minutes and the visit is complimentary.
Our physicians see newborn babies at Mount Sinai Hospital. If you are delivering at Mount Sinai Hospital, just let your obstetrician know that you have chosen our practice. The hospital will notify our office when your baby is born and one of our pediatricians will be in to see you and your baby within twenty-four hours of your delivery. If you are delivering at a different hospital, please call us to set up your babies’ first visit as soon as you can.
