If you need an appointment, we always have appointments available every day for sick children. Try to call as early in the day as possible, for same-day appointments. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your scheduled well-child appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We have implemented this policy to help our physicians stay on schedule. Please be courteous to those who are scheduled after your visit by arriving on time.

Cancellations:  We ask that you call us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

To help make our first visit be as efficient and informative as it can be, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and bring with you information about your family medical history, your child’s medical history, your insurance information, and valid picture identification. If someone other than the child’s parent or guardian is bringing them to their appointment, please send a letter giving your permission for us to see the child. Any adult bringing a patient to be seen in the office must be 18 years or older.

Our electronic medical records system provides easy access to your child's history and has been proven to increase quality of care. Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice and a patient portal is available for patients to communicate with the office, view or update patient demographics and see upcoming appointments.

Our practice will send you a text message to confirm your appointment one day prior to its scheduled time.  You can also download the Healow app to see any future schedule appointments.

Our Office and Policies

Insurance

If you do not see your health insurance below or are not sure whether we accept your insurance, please ask our office staff and we can check for you. If you are enrolled in a plan with which we are contracted, we are required to collect any deductible or co-pay at the time of service. For non-contracted insurance, we will expect payment in full at the time of service and we will provide a detailed statement for you to submit to your insurance company.

In order to reduce the costs associated with repeated billing, we ask the following: 

 

  • If there is a change in your insurance coverage, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • If you currently do not have insurance or your insurance coverage cannot be verified, payment will be requested at the time of service.

  • It is our policy to collect certain information for billing purposes. Some of this information is personal and will be kept confidential.

  • Vicente Roger M.D., P.A. does not mail invoices or bills to patients for balances. If we receive notice that there is a balance on your account, your payment will be processed with the Easy Pay Form. We will mail you a receipt. This allows us to obtain quick payment so that we may concentrate on providing you with quality medical care.
